Queenie has been an absolute godsend. She is so incredibly kind and thoughtful, and has made our lives a lot easier. She makes you feel completely at ease with leaving your house and all your most precious things in her care. I have never felt like I could leave keys with a cleaner before, but I feel safe with Queenie.

It has been a pleasure having Aneta doing cleaning for us. We have no issues with the quality of her work and would definitely recommend to your other clients. She always keeps in contact if there are any problems or if they are going to be late which is great. It is always good coming home on a Friday afternoon to the house being clean and tidy and ready for the weekend.

I am very happy with Joanna. She is very helpful and is always happy to assist me with occasional additional tasks. Joanna is good about letting me know if she is going to be late or has to leave slightly early and it is always for a good reason and only occasional. There are no areas where I would want improvement, I am more than happy.

I’m very happy with the service. Jennifer did a fantastic deep clean of my flat, she was on time, really thorough, and left everything looking spotless. I was very impressed. She exceeded my expectations in every way. I also want to say how great Kelly is with the weekly cleaning. She’s friendly, reliable, and always does a top job. She pays attention to detail, keeps everything tidy and fresh, and it’s a real help having someone so consistent. It makes a big difference each week. Can’t recommend them both enough!

The cleaning yesterday went really well. I was very pleased with the flat at the end of the session. It has never looked so clean. I hope the letting agent agrees! Bruna and Regis were friendly and efficient and worked hard. In particular they were able to get the oven and bathtub completely clean which is something I’d found very hard to do, and a major improvement on the level of cleanliness of the flat when I moved in. The process of getting a quote, confirming a booking and the delivery of the service was easy and convenient. I will definitely recommend HSH and reach out in the future when I need another deep clean.

I would love to give you some feedback on Malgorzata and David. They were absolutely fantastic! David wasted no time and got straight to work as soon as he was in the flat and when I returned to the flat, it was spotless. I was particularly impressed with them both as the vacuum cleaner in the flat was not very good and yet it was clear that they had worked incredibly hard to ensure that the carpets were done properly. I could not recommend these 2 enough and will recommend HSH to anyone needing a cleaning service.

On Friday, Shirley arrived prompt at 9.00am. We talked for a short time about her plans for the job in hand and she got underway with the work. After a short interval I left her to carry on and i went out for a while. Shirley worked hard and methodically at the task in hand and certainly did not cut corners with any of the rooms.When I arrived home some hours later, I received a huge psychological boost on entering the flat, as Shirley had accomplished a very good standard of cleanliness and the flat appeared less cluttered. Every room in the flat looked pristine and incidentally Shirley made an excellent job on my refrigerator, cooker and sink area. To sum up, I was extremely pleased and a little humbled by what Shirley achieved on the day. It was worth the money in every respect.

It did take him longer than we imagined - from 9am until 7pm! I am very pleased with Alexandru's work:he was punctual, friendly and accurate. He asked me to double check that everything was done properly and he promptly proceeded to clean the kitchen fan once I pointed out he overlooked it. I am also happy with the overall service received by your company, as your prices are affordable and honest (especially considering the quotes I had previously received) and you were able to book a cleaning with really short notice. Chris made a really excellent job! The bathroom in particular was in a bad state and he must have been at it for quite a while to get it to the extremely clean state he left it in! He had to negotiate a fair bit of clutter here and there as well. He's obviously a really hard worker. He came across as a nice guy too. He was very pleasant and I knew I could trust him to get on with the job. I'm very happy with his work. The place is now habitable again! Thank you so much.
