Sorry this has
taken so long to get to you! It really is amazing how time flies when you have
so much to do! At least we have a bit of a holiday to look forward to before the
kids start school in mid-Jan 07!
I
just wanted to let you know how much it has meant to me to be able to rely on a
cleaner every week to take some of the pressure off an otherwise chaotic
household! I decided about 2 and a half years ago that I needed some space for
myself and I wasn't sure how to make that possible. When I initially came to you
I wasn't sure how long we would use your services for but, now I know that there
are some things that I need to have taken care of by someone else in order to
give myself that space.
Having
your agency there to make sure someone reliable and hardworking was always
available to clean my house has been fantastic! It was an area of my life that
was continually out of control and now it is one major thing less to have to
deal with. As our family has grown - 2 extra babies in two years! - it has meant
that I have survived and I know things would have been a total mess without a
cleaner every week for 4 hrs! More to the point, I would've been a total mess!!
You
have been so polite and dependable that I would have to say that in the 5 years
we have lived in Edinburgh I could honestly say you have given us service
without comparison. 'Thank you' is such a small word that hardly begins to
express the gratitude I feel for your help in this area of my life.

hope you can use this mail to help others to find those few moments of peace
that can sometimes be so elusive as a very busy Mom!
