The provisions of services are for the member's only.

Members may not refer any worker introduced to them by Home Sweet Home to a non-member;  doing so will result in having their membership terminated with no compensation.

The continued use of the services of a worker of any type introduced by Home Sweet Home is subject to their current membership.

Home Sweet Home acts as an independent agency and does not directly employ any workers.

All our cleaners are insured against public liability.

Home Sweet Home cannot be held responsible or liable for the acts or omissions of a worker  introduced by Home Sweet Home; neither can Home Sweet Home be held responsible for any loss arising from a booking through Home Sweet Home.

The insurer will not pay for the first £100 for damages; therefore if damages exceed £100 the worker responsible for damages will pay the first £100. If damages are under £100, again, the worker responsible for damages will pay.  (Home Sweet Home will help in any way we see fit)

Home Sweet Home is not responsible for personal injury.

Home Sweet Home reserves the right to refuse, terminate or suspend a membership.

The membership fee for Home Sweet Home is non-refundable.
