Setting Up

 

Setting up a Home Sweet Home franchise couldn't be easier.  We supply absolutely everything you'll need to get your businss up and running without exception.  Once we have settled on your trading territory and signed the agreements, your new business could be up and running within a couple of weeks!

Successful applicants are chosen based on their personal traits, location and potential.  If you're are one of the lucky few to get a franchise we would first run through the following together to make sure everything is in place:

  • Territory Mapping and Analysis
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis
  • Registering the Company & Accounts Set-Up
  • Business Planning

Once the subjects above have been ticked off you'll be able to start counting down the days until the launch of your business.  From the time the launch date is set to when that date arrives we'll establish a solid working relationship and execute the Home Sweet Home pre launch plan. This will involve:

  • Completion of the comprehensive training
  • Sending over the new equipment and stationary packages
  • Initiating the pre-launch marketing plan
  • Getting your work space set-up
  • Publishing your website and SEO plan
  • Advertising for cleaners

Don't worry, once you've launched your very own Home Sweet Home cleaning agency you won't be left to fend for yourself.

We are building a network of franchises who happilly work together with the Franchisor to make sure everyone is achieving their potential. You'll never feel alone and on top of this we'll always be here to provide:
